The Ease Of It All.

Life has some moments of pure angst and stress. Life has some moments of pure joy and happiness. Life also has some moments of ease. This is where we flounder. The ease of it all. What is easy?

Life sometimes has weird ways of showing us our strengths and weaknesses. When we get pushed to our limits, be it financially, emotionally, or physically to mention a few, we find our fight or flight limits. Will you keep, pushing forward when there is no energy left to keep pushing? Will you keep your chin up when no one else will help lift you?

The real ease of it all exists. It’s in your perspective of the matter at hand. Not everything is black and white. But some things still are. So live those moments we can in black and white. Keep the minimalism. Don’t make a situation bigger than it has to be. Don’t manifest issues. Don’t borrow trouble. Keep the pure moments pure. Good or bad. Keep them pure. That’s where the ease is. Just deal with it now. There is no guesswork.

Take a moment and reflect. Have you had those moments where you thought to yourself “this is the worst it can be?” Did that situation escalate from you making it more complicated even though it’s was very cut and dry? We say to others “don’t make it so complicated” or “ you’re overthinking it.” Well, it’s usually true. take a moment and reflect.

K.I.S.S. Keep it simple stupid.
