We all think we have an important story to tell. We all think we have answers to questions that we think everyone has. We all think out voice is important and all those around should hear it. Kinda like a town crier. Hear Ye Hear Ye!

Do you know what is funny though? It is ok to think all that. It’s all valid. Remember though that you are not alone. There are thousands out there writing for those same reasons. How many people have read your articles? Three? Five? Sixty seven? Four Thousand? It doesn't matter.

What matters is you are getting your voice out. Expressing yourself in some form of medium. Creativity in one of the most classic forms. A form of art that is shared all over the world by billions.

Write about anything you can. Knowledgable topics are great for helping others and generating interest in your topic of expertise. Stories of your own experiences create relatable levels of engagement in your audience. Fiction helps the imagination stay healthy. It is all great. Share it

Your experience in writing isn’t important. Get your ideas out there. Over time your writing will grow. It will grow organically. The slow burn is amazing to experience.

One of the best experiences is seeing where your writing started. I have personally noticed the feeling of passion in my first few writings is very present and alive. Re-visiting these “retro” writings reminds you of what it felt like at the beginning. Try to keep that passion alive. It is amazing.

Inspire yourself to inspire others. You started writing for a reason. Share as much as you can. If you find the right audience in the right community then your experiences will be magnified.

So what makes you think you’re a writer? Well, you’re writing aren’t you?
