Truth be known to many people in my circle, I am by no means a professional writer. I never took to pen and paper as a strong hobby. My outlet has always been Martial Arts, drawing and music.

The times though they are a-changing.

Limits from the pandemic and the safety of those around me have presented challenges for different outlets for creativity and escapism. The reality of the global pandemic looms over our shoulders at every angle now.

Writing has provided me with moments of refined pride. Training my mind on a whole new level. It is a great exercise in thought-provoking creativity by expressing myself in a way I never did before. Here are a few things I have found that have worked for me.

1. Find That Topic And Tackle It.

To keep the mind awake and keep the imagination and creativity alive I drifted towards writing. Self-help, positive affirmations, and health and well being are some of the happiest things I have written about. Enjoying the act of helping myself and others through happy thoughts and affirmations is fulfilling on many levels.

Find that topic you love and tackle it straight on.

There is an audience, even if it’s just you.
